1. Use of Service

• Each licensed owner of Smart Streaming PRO has access to a dedicated webpage and desktop application for managing camera streams.
• End-users (e.g., club clients) may activate streams by scanning a QR code or pressing the activation button on the webpage.
• Streaming is automatically sent to YouTube using the account integrated by the licensed owner.
• The licensed owner is responsible for ensuring they have the right to stream the content and that such content complies with applicable laws and YouTube's policies.

2. Account & Licenses

• A valid license is required to access the Service.
• Licenses are non-transferable and limited to the number of slots purchased.
• Integration with YouTube requires the owner to authorize their account via the desktop application.

3. Streaming & Content

• The licensed owner determines the visibility of the video on YouTube (public or unlisted).
• The Service provides tools to start and stop streams, but the owner is fully responsible for the broadcast content.
• We are not responsible for the removal, suspension, or blocking of streams by YouTube or any third-party platforms.

4. Privacy & Data

• By using the Service, you agree that certain personal data (such as email addresses provided for notifications) may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The Service does not store or share video content; it only facilitates the broadcast from camera to YouTube.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for downtime, errors, or losses resulting from technical issues, third-party integrations (e.g., YouTube), or misuse by the licensed owner.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
